This page explains how Money Guardian USA handles “sale” and “sharing” of personal information, and how you can exercise privacy and cookie choices.
Effective September 9, 2026 · Last updated September 9, 2026
Money Guardian USA does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are commonly used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Because we do not sell or share personal information in that way, there is no additional “opt-out of sale/sharing” toggle to flip. Your rights still apply—use the contacts below if you want access, correction, or deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may request that we:
Submit a request through our Contact form or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can accept or reject optional cookies here. Essential storage (theme preference and this choice) remains in place so the site can function. See the Cookie Policy for categories and examples.
Manage cookie preferences
Essential storage for theme and this choice always stays on. Optional analytics or marketing cookies stay off unless you accept.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out signal. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there is no sale or share activity for that signal to opt you out of. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced later, will respect this page and our cookie banner.
California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request. The agent must provide proof of authorization, and we may still need to verify the consumer’s identity.
